How to clean spills:
1) Do not saturate or soak; 2) Dilute with a water and laundry detergent solution; 3) Apply with a clean cloth and
work from the edge of the spill to the center; 4) Dry with fan or hair dryer; 5) Brush pile down so it is not distorted.

Removing Wax:

1) Put a damp cloth over spot; 2) Use a hot iron (move constantly) over damp cloth; 3) Within 10-20 seconds, wax will be absorbed into cloth.
